All DVD sales are final. No refunds except for damaged or defective merchandise.

All claims of damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of ordering and must be made by e-mail: irideparkcity@pcride.com. Please include your full name, shipping address and order number in your e-mail.

All e-mails will be responded to within 48 hours, if you have not received a response within 48 hours, please verify the the e-mail address and re-send the e-mail.
